These beautiful babies are a Golden Leaf, a Heart Leaf, and a Snow Queen pothos that my friend Tooch dropped off for me. Now I have to make them some pots.
Starting a new project. Over the summer break, I kept thinking about a way to bring back the chains for this fall semester, I liked the idea of the Big Chain being presented on the human body, so thinking about chains and body, I thought about a chainlink vest.
so far, it didn't fit any of the past projects but for this one, we are required to create repetition throughout the piece.
I thought the chain vest would be perfect.
I found a technique that is used to make the steel chainlinks vest and I am using it to make my version out of clay, so far, it is working very well. (I don't have any pictures right now, but I will share them in the next post.
